The staff member that checked us in went out of her way to come outside to the driveway to explain the best parking level to park on, this was important because we had our dog with us. It's a very dog friendly hotel, treats at the front desk, dog bed in the room along with food and water bowls.

Location was great! Beds were comfortable and the rooms were well decorated and cozy. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Loved the self park or valet options. Having a spa on site is a great amenity.

Liz, the waitress in the hotel restaurant was phenomenal. We was professional, friendly, and didn't mind questions. She knew the food from the menu herself and could make knowable recommendations. Her communication skills arre exceptional.

Great location and loved the rooftop pool even though the weather wasn't the greatest during our stay.

The staff were incredible. They gave us so many good local tips and definitely enhanced our visit. The bar area was gorgeous and they made great cocktails. Our room was perfect too. Good size and very clean.

The high standard finish felt like a 5 start, not 4 star. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The valet staff gave added touches like opening doors.

Modern hotel in great location near to Vanderbilt campus and music row. Clean room, comfortable beds and nicely decorated.
